Is browseui.dll a legit Hook in ProSec?

I realised (or it was just added) i have a
Browseui.dll
listed in the Hooks section of ProSecurity (C:Windows\System32).
I've checked: it's not the Backdoor.Spymon by all means,but the legitimate
system file.

I dont remember when or how i gave this privilege and i couldnt find exaustive explanations about its role ,but, at any rate
my question is IF there's any reason for it to stay there.

Or, should i remove it from the Hooks permissions?

Please don't worry about this, it's only a normal dll module of windows that contain a hook module. We even ignore this dll files in all eariler versions, but at finally we decide to give user all controls to any program(dll module).

Could you please tell me what could be achieved by right clicking Action on a hook and deciding to Block/Allow for instance?

Don't worry, all of these hook modules belong to Windows, you can allow these modules.
