A driver named ntfs-3g can read and write partitions of Ntfs on Linux. So, is there any exploit that might abuse this facility related to security issues (such as trojans transpassing between ext3 ,fat and ntfs file systems.)Thanks

But there are only few trojans for Linux in the wild, and if you rely on the official repositories and refrain from installing software from questionable sites there is hardly any danger to catch one. Of course you can receive malware written for Windows by email but they won't execute on Linux. Nevertheless you should check your mail with AV programs available for Linux like ClamAV, F-Prot and Avira.

Hello,
Possible - yes.
Real - no.
Chance - as much as a mega meteor hitting Earth.
