Hello,
We are conducting surveys to see how many users have used or are using any of our software apps.

If you have used any of them, whether it be the trial version or are currently a licensed user, please select which titles you have used.

Also, if you would like to leave a comment based on your experience, we would appreciate it.

Obviously, I did not add the option at the top for "none of the above"

If you have not used any of the software listed above, or tried it but discontinued, we would like to know why.

Such as:

1) Not needed, but thumbs up anyway ;)
2) Had problems using it or didn't work right.
3) Disliked the interface, features, etc..
4) Too many bugs, glitches, etc..

..and so on.
