The RAC is reporting a wrong version on our NOD32 server which administers all the clients. Which means all clients updating correctly are flagged as red, even though they are upto date.
This has happened across two seites now and bit stumped as to why?
Nothing has changed on both these servers.
See attached.
Any advice much appreciated, thanks.

Can you post a screenshot showing the update module from the NOD32 Control Center on one of the servers?
Cheers :)

Are you using the most current version of RAS/RAC 1.0.11 ?

Marcos,
We are not using the latest RAC version.
Do you think this is the reason this issues is occuring?

Also, check to make sure that the definitions are up to date on your RAC server. If there's a discrepancy, that can also cause the same type of issue. IIRC, the RAC server uses its own defs as the standard when generating the screen.

Hi . Have a look at Blackspear's tutorial for NOD32 Enterprise Edition here (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=138526) . Make sure you use it correctly . Make sure your Mirror function is correctly configured . Is there any reason of not using the latest RA Console/Server ? You can try to upgrade and see if this fixes the issue ;)

The problem remains, even after the console/server/nod client has been updated on the Update server.
The signature version is still been shown as 1.1778 on the update server.
Any other suggestions?

The updating of RAC and NOD32 clients on the update server has resolved the console reporting clients been out of date.
Unfortunately the LAN Update server v2.70.16 is no longer updating its self on the server, with the following error appearing in the logs:
Update attempt failed (Access to server denied)
Have tried everything in the update setting, bypassing the proxy, going through proxy, internet conenction set to LAN or none.
Still cannot get the nod32 client/lan update server to retrieve updates from the NOD servers and skips each server 1 by 1.
Have re-installed nod32 and still no luck and made sure the username/password are correct.
Any help appreciated.
