Shellicon hidden window ??

Hi my name is Mike I am new to this forum and this is the second thread I 've posted ever. I saw a place on the web that said to come here for info about computer problems.
When I shut down my computer a window comes up and is titled shellicon or shelllcon (not sure its pretty brief) hidden window with a loading bar, when it finishes loading or whatever the computer shuts down as normal. Just wanted to know if I have spyware or something and how to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
