x64 support

i just installed xp professional x64 edition. im noticing my internet downstream slowing is really my problem. before installing anything i wanted to get an opinion on some good things to install or have as far as anti spyware / malware / greyware. i have nod32 already. i used to use spybot s & d, adaware se personel, spywareblaster, but im not sure if theyre good for x64. any feedback would be nice, thanks in advance.

also is hijackthis good for x64 too. sorry.

The only anti spyware software I know that works on XP64 is Windows own defender 64bit version which covers all the sensitive 64bit system areas as well.

BOClean works fine on x64, i don't think most of the others will you listed though.
