Hi,
I recently paid for a new AVG Anti-Spyware licence (my Ewido 4 licence has expired) and despite several reminders still await the new licence key. I feel a bit cheated - Grisoft have (automatically) responded to my reminders saying they are overwhelmed with work but I think that's a bit rich : all I need is a new licence key!
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem ?

From my experience, the license key was delivered to me about two hours after renewal payment.

Yep, in about two hours for me too (AVG Anti-Malware).

I have received such reminders from Grisoft in the past, but not during purchase. When I got the email about them being overwhelmed with emails, I was given a reply in about five to six days.
