GROKSTER DIEEEEEEEEE!!!

I Downloaded Grokster >:(, which I really really really regret now but anyways back to the problem it installed like 7 spywares on my computer and it made it really slow. (lycos, casinos, myway,and a bunch of other crap). :( I tried to unisntall it by going to Remove Programs on the control panel but it wont allow me. I dont know what to do Pleaseeeeeeeeee Help. I have run adware and spybot...I think it helped a little bit but basically I still have all those icons on my desktop and grokster installed. THanks! ??? :'( >:(

Could you post your HijackThis log (http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/)
Download, Unzip and run HijackThis. Then click Scan > Save log, save the log as a .txt file and copy & paste its content into your next post.
Don´t fix anything yet. Most of what it finds is harmless.
