Has anyone tried this firewall? I am thinking about giving it a try as there is a free version available which seems to offer lots of bells and whistles, including HIPS. The company which promotes this firewall (eeye.com) collects threat/attack info and stats anonymously from users of the free version to improve the company's paid version. Is the "anonymous" collection of threat/attack information legit or does eeye.com also collect user information?
Any comments about the blink personal firewall would be appreciated. I am currently using Comodo and am satisfied with it. But every so-often I check around to see if there is a better free product available.
