eTrust AV promo update problem

i use it in my 2k3,but can not update sig. it alaways says timed out.
but i can download by ftp-client(such as flashfxp) directly.
any one has the same problem?

Have you checked your firewall settings?
(allow inbound TCP remote ports: 20 and 21 local ports: any from 213.35.101.4)

i can download sig using flashfxp but not eTrust itself.
