Mounting images returning an error message

Hi all.

I have a slight problem, when I goto mount an image in Acronis True Image 7.0 (build 638) I always get the following error message:

"Cannot assign a drive letter to a partition from the image archive."

Can anyone shed some light on this situation?

PC SPECS:
Windows XP Pro (SP2)
3.2Ghz Pentium 4
1.0GB ram
200GB HD (main drive) | 250GB HD (backup drive)

LLLL I have the same problem with TI ver 9. I have no idea why. But there does not seem to be a whole lot of help on this product
