I tried comodo with the shieldup! test and it failed...

I read somewhere it was able to pass it...

You are behind the router or using a proxy, so Shields Up was not tested your PC.
If Shields Up was testing your PC, then you have changed rules, I pass (http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/6249/capture10292006161705qw5.jpg) it with those (http://img92.imageshack.us/img92/1298/7646tx9.jpg).
