Some of you may know and use this. This is a website that has many, many screenshots of the common set-up screens from Windows 95-XP. Also it has screens from Outlook, Netscape, firewalls, anti-virus programs and many more.
If you are assisting someone with an O/S or other program different than yours or one with which you are not familiar you can use this tool to render that assistance so you can "see" what the one being assisted sees.
