JPF 2.0.0.15 Beta released

Changes:
Winxows XP 64-bit, Windows 2003 server (both 32 and 64-bit) support added.
DNSTester test passed.
IP CRC checking fixed (IP rules).
Empty popup messages removed.
Firewall access control list checking fixed.
Buffer overflow on entering long application names fixed.
DHCP rules added to default configuration.
