I purchased an upgrade to EULAlyzer Pro, but when I attempt to verify the license, I first get an Error 13A, followed by 41A. I have been unable to get any response from Javacool software, and this has been going on for about a month. Anybody have any ideas how to either get around this verification error or get a response from Javacool?

Hi,
It seems your messages were redirected erroneously by filtering software on our e-mail server. :-\
I have disabled the software that was causing the issue until I can investigate exactly why it's happening - and you should see a response in your e-mail inbox.
(Please try verifying again - the issue should be fixed. :))
