Backup question TI9

I'm brand new to Acronis and have TI 9 build 3677. I just reinstalled windows because of a system crash and after a whole day's work, finally installed and configured all software, drivers etc. the way I like it. I want to backup the entire drive so if my system cannot boot because of a corrupted registry, I can restore everything that I backed up. Can I backup on several dvds and if so, how do I do this? Also, does this involve the bootable rescue disc I created?

Yes, True Image can do what you wish. However, please don't take this the wrong way but can I suggest you read this <fully illustrated guide on the installation and use of True Image 9.0 Home> (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/company/inpress/2006/06-15-1ati.html) before you start? This will enable you to home in on specific points that you feel still require additional clarification.
