I have spent all day trying to kill these 2 off......and have just downloaded this package to have another go at the >:( buggers....to no avail!!!
I have just done the setup but there is no "tools" option.....help :-[

Please download, unzip and run CWShredder (http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip)

If that doesn´t help or it returns after reboot:
Could you post your HijackThis log (http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/)
Download, Unzip and run HijackThis. Then click Scan > Save log, save the log as a .txt file and copy & paste its content into your next post.
Don´t fix anything yet. Most of what it finds is harmless.
