Is it possible to get rid of Windows' Flying Logo to speed up Boot time?

I seem to think I saw the possibility somewhere but can't remember where.

TweakUI should be able to easily enable and disable the startup "splash screen" for you. It is available here (Microsoft link) (http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp). The program has a lot of interesting tweaks you can make to the OS. Might be worth getting for a number of reasons.

Edit: There are a few versions of TweakUI, the one link above is for everthing but Windows XP. For anyone else interested in the XP version, it is here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp). And note that versions make a difference when talking about this tweaking tool!
