Help!

I need to restore some important data from the ewido's quarantined. When i selected what i would do with and clicked "restore", it would asked me whether i am sure to do that. I chose yes. After a few seconds, it would pop up a message box saying that an error happened during restoring. So i cannot obtain what i want.

I know the quarantined are all encrypted, then how can i decrypted them?

Does the target file already exist? Does the path exist? Perhaps it's a file that gets automatically regenerated. You can also send it to our support and we will restore it manually for you.
