Haven't tried it myself. It looks like it was on the Rogue list at one time, but was later removed. http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm#spyemg_note
Most of what I've heard about the program is it's not that great. But it may have improved since then. Maybe a few tests could help determine its worth.
