Windows Live One Care defrags the computer under it's Tune Up option. There is not an option to turn it off. The options are 1 to 4 weeks.
There is no option to exclude files. From what I have heard, defragging some of the files in the $ISR folder will render the computer unbootable.

I can't speak to the new versions on Leapfrog site, but with Raxco's if the $isrbin file is moved by a defragger, the first boot you won't see the preboot screen, but then FDISR finds it and all is well.
Sounds like One Care doesn't give you options other than to zero care.

Thanks for the warning, although One Care was never on my list, but it's good to know in advance not to use it or even try it.
I don't allow any software on my computer that puts FDISR in danger. :)
