TDS registration

:-[ I purchased a registration from Diamond for TDS-3 on Feb 7, 2002 at 8:00am EST.
I sent them an Email Feb 8, 2002 asking about the status.
I have not received anything back from them.

Do you know if they are backed up or what the story is?

It took at least a couple days after I registered before I got my key. *If you don't get anything by Monday night, try emailing them again. *They are heavily involved with development for upgrades.

I actually purchased TDS-3 for my Father.
I finally convinced him to buy it.
Normally he couldn’t care less about security.
His cousin got infected with the Nimda Virus and emailed it to him.
He is slowly coming around.

I’d like to get that registration ASAP.

Registrations are processed Monday-Friday, it's Monday now so you should have received your license today. I'd be very surprised if you haven't received it yet but if that's the case simply drop an email to sales@diamondcs.com.au and they'll re-send it :)

There is a good chance they may have sent the registration.
My ISP is in the Twilight Zone right now.
Mediaone is changing over to attbi.
It’s taking some of my emails 2 days to get to me from the other side of town.
This is a frustrating process if there ever was one.

I would like to find out if they sent it though.

Hi Wade,

We emailed you back this (Monday) morning Perth time, it appears during this your registration may have had trouble making it through. We have sent a revised registration program which will use a backup method to get the encrypted data to us. The new program is of course also encrypting the data the same as before. Once you register we will definitely receive the details and dispatch your licence generally in a very short time.

As long as TDS has not expired, you have nothing to worry about in having a trial version, you can update manually the only thing missing is execution protection and some script functionality. Sorry for the delay.

Okay, I’m having trouble with my Email right now.
As a matter of fact I’m not getting any Emails at all.
I went through the Web Site this time.
