If you create an ATI backup and then restore to another hard drive, does the original fragmentation come with the restore?
I would think that if it does a bit-by-bit copy/restore, the restored drive would be just as fragmented (actually exactly as fragmented) as the original. However, if it simply writes files, I would think the restored drive would not be fragmented.
