Hi,
I'm currently deploying the acronis agent 9.1 on windows NT 4.0 machines (SP6) and have found that the agent is not opening all of the ports on the client machines and therefore the acronis management console cannot connect to the remote agent.
Additional info.
** Have sucessfully connected to two computers running windows NT 4.0 SP6 using the acronis agent and have backed these up.
** We are using static IP addresses for all of the machines.
** All machines have version 9.1 installed.
** Original Error message code E000807D5 which states that the computer cannot be found of the name is invalid.
Any help would be much appreciated!
