ewido no longer in sys tray at boot-up

All of a sudden after downloading Snag-It I noticed that the ewido logo is no longer in the bottom right system tray. I have recently installed NIS2007 about 2 weeks ago and things were working fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

This is a known problem, but we working on solution for this.
In the meantime you can try following workaround:

- Start the ewido software
- Choose the 'Tools' module and then 'Antispy'
- Select 'Services'
- Disable Universal Plug 'n' Play Service
- Restart Windows.
