I'm sure there is much information on this topic in old threads on this forum, but I am wondering if someone would be willing to give a couple of brief pros or cons to creating a Secure Zone and activating the Startup Recovery Manager. Thanks in advance!

Using a secure zone on a slave drive makes the best sense. You need however to take on board its Pros and Cons. The problem is someones Con is another's Pro and vice versa.
Using a secure zone is easily reversed if you don't like its features. Unless you don't have a Cd drive I see no value in the recovery manager but others like it.
If you decide to try out the zone there is just one basic rule to remember. Always manage it via the manage secure zone wizard and you will not paint yourself into a corner.
A download of the user manual is useful as are the FAQs and read before you post threads.
