What's difference these two checks? (left side. green and brown)

Hi gclgcl :-)
Green mean the rules is enabled:
because this rule is applied to every packets
or
because the rule is presently applied to the specific program for this rule
Black: rule not activated. (the program for this rule is not running)

A small (important ?) precision though:
-{ Quote: "

" }-
=> should be:
Black: rule not activated. (the program for this rule is not connected from the Application Filtering perspective)
If the program is simply running without opening a connection, the rule stays disabled.
