This has gotten on my system

Win32/VB.AJE trojan

and my internet explore keeps opeing up on its own
and taks manager doesn't come up

If you have NOD32 delete it, does it appear again? Have you tried starting Windows in safe mode and running a full system scan with NOD32? (make sure to have advanced heuristics and runtime packers enabled)
