I have been using "Function" and F9 to turn on and off my touchpad on my Toshiba laptop.
Now suddenly, when I press the Function key, F10 comes on, and I cannot make F9 work.
How can I cause the function key to work with the other F keys, and especially the F9 key?
The F10 key has the icon of the four arrows; up, down, left, and right.
