On a system with Opera 9.02 and a Logitech Mouse (MX 518 ), whenever the mouse's "back" button is clicked (the one near the user's thumb), a small window pops up in the middle of the screen titled "Test".
Within the window, the the word "Fail" appears with an OK button.
When you click the OK button, Opera does go back to the previous page.
This happens every time you use the back button on the mouse.
The "Test/Fail" window does not appear when you click on the browsers back button.
On the same computer Firefox and IE have no problem with the back thumb button on the mouse.

Any ideas?

Thanks Ronjor :)

Problem solved!
Uninstalled old Logitech SetPoint software, reinstalled new version 3.10 of SetPoint, let it update, and now it works. :thumb:

Good to hear Devinco.

My Logitech software and driver is now four years old and doing fine. :D I'm using the software with a Cordless Mouseman Optical mouse.
