Can this forum have a sticky faq?

FAQ like version difference, update error messages, no manual virus definition, no detection, etc.
Every week, same questions are asked. :(

It's a good idea however most people doesn't read FAQ. For example some people ask where to send samples to Eset and as you can see, there's a stick thread about that.

Just because some people don't read the stickies does not mean that it won't help others. As long as the sticky concentrates on the 10 most often asked questions (nobody loves to scroll down endless pages :-[ ), I think it's a great idea.

I agree with LokiLoki, but anyway there is a special section here: http://www.eset.com/support/faq.php with FAQs, so maybe this is the reason why we have no section onn this forum.

Yeah, definitely will help others. Maybe if there's a faq, people will not be so hostile with posts full of hatred. 'Coz the answer is there and they can't find excuses to bash. :p
