How do i fix or repair detected files?

Hi! I have searched my computer with ewido. Im still hust using the trial version. But i don't understand how I can remove the files that ewido detected. How do I do this? Ewido detected 104 files including som hijackers and I really do not want them. How do i remove them?

Can you be more specific , please . Ewido will scan your computer and will offer a removal option when the scan is finished.
