I installed the 6 month trial of F-Secure yesterday and today I let it run it's first scheduled scan. So, keen to see my new AV in action, I left my mouse alone for 5 minutes and waited to see what would happen... after 5 minutes it started a scan... Only thing was, it somehow started the Spyware Terminator scan and not F-Secure AV :o ... how wierd is that?! Anyone know how an app can do that?
cheers
BTW, I'm also running CyberHawk and Comodo FW on WinXP, P4

so try kaspersky or antivir.

It sounds like some kind of scheduling task conflict. I’d uninstall Spyware Terminator and see what happens then.
