I had a hard drive crash and when I went to restore my hard drive Acronis 9 says they are corrupted. However, I can mount the incremental and seeand access all my files.

How do I fix this so I can restore the image?

Thanks.

Are the images of the boot partition or a data partition?

Did the images verify in Windows after you made them?

Is the corrupted error coming only when you boot from the TI Recovery CD?

Where are the images stored that are reported to be corrupted?

This is a know bug.

For example the main image is ADM01.tib then Acronis makes the incrementals ADM02 ... ADM03 etc......

instead of ADM012... ADM013

You should rename these and then it works...

Not sure I understand. If my inital complete backup is named BACKUP I should rename my numbered incremental.

Acronis has never even answered my email.
