You can use the following two appended rules. Rename the file that .rie is the extension (delete .txt) and click import in your internet filter tab. The first one needs to be placed before TCP Block Incoming and the second behind that (depending on your ruleset before a rule that blocks TCP outgoing).
Change the port according to your Soulseek config.

In the applications tab also edit the soulseek entry:
TCP
Ports: [your specified port in Soulseek];2240;80
@IP: [empty]

UDP
Ports: 53
@IP: [you may specify your DNS Server range]
