Spyware Terminator scheduled scan

Is there a way to schedule a custom scan as I have a networked hard-drive I don't wish to scan and just scan the local hard-drive.

I can see how to do it manually but not auto scan.

yes there is go to settings, schedular settings and pick when and what day

It has an option to run a 'full scan' only. It's not clear to me how I tell it to schedule custom scans?
