Norton Anti Virus

I downloaded spyware Blaster and now Norton is telling me my modem is in use by another program. I therefore cannot update Norton. I am running windows 95. How can I check what is blocking my Norton updates. I have no problem getting e-mail or surfing the web.

You might use the evaluation version of Port Explorer from DiamondCS:

Then you can see every connection and the application which is using it.
