I was installing spyware blaster and dr.web says that there's probably a backdoor named:o3TRH.trmp backdoor, why??????????

That's a false positive from Dr.Web, which it has been doing for quite a while. It should actually be saying "possible..." detection, as this is from of Dr. Web's heuristics. Here are three previous threads that have mentioned this before...

Just ignore it, or scan the installer with a backup AV/AT product or online AV scanner which will confirm it is not infected.
