Does Temp folder need to contain some files or not..

I, mean I have problem with Win32/dialer.U Trojan and I removed him but still some files are still there..Should I delete this files??

No, IMO anything in the temp folder is safe to delete. Any programmer has their program put important files in the temp folder..need to go back to programming school.
