Can't open Regedit, or msconfig, or cmd

Please help, for some reason i can't open Regedit, msconfig, or CMD.
I ran HijackThis and here is what i got. Can someone please look at my Log and let me know what i need to remove.Thank you

Wilders no longer offers HijackThis log analysis, but youre more than welcome to post your log at another forum such as Gladiator Security Forum (http://gladiator-antivirus.com/forum/) or SpywareInfo forums (http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/index.php?showforum=18).

id first try going thru the General Cleaning Instructions (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=50662) sticky tho. SUPERAntispyware and ewido anti-spyware are two good tools for cleaning your computer.

Do you get any note, when you try to open it or it will just do not open (without any note)?

thank you for your reply. I dont get any message, it just comes up, and then goes away before i get a chance to do anything.

i think RejZoR had a program to fix not being able to open regedit, msconfig and cmd it would be one of the programs on these pages

but, wilders doesn't do hijackthis logs anymore, so you should definately find somewhere which does. i'm not sure where though, sorry.
