Hi I need help in cleaning brwoser cache in address drop down. Clearing history or cookies or temporary files do not solve the problem.
Please help,

go to internet options > content > autocomplete and press clear forms.

which browser are you using? IE, MSN Explorer?

If using MSN, then above will not clear your browsing history...to do that in the MSN browser, go under help and settings at the top, then click show all settings on the left...then select browser history under internet options, then chose yes to clear the browsing history.
