Can not access Eric Howes' page

Hello everybody!

I am trying to access Eric Howes' page
(= http://www.spywarewarrior.com/uiuc/main-nf.htm ) for more than three days without success.
I always get an error message, ie

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /uiuc/main-nf.htm on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What's wrong? Did he move his internet page or under attack?
I could access it at the beginning of August without any problems. It's just now for about three days as said.
Tried it with Firefox 1.5.0.6, IE 6.0 and Opera V.8.51 (cleaning cookies, temp-files etc.)-> always the same error.
Can anyone confirm this error, too?

Otherwise my PC/Internet is running fine without any troubles. It's this page only.

Just now succesfully connected to http://www.spywarewarrior.com/uiuc/main-nf.htm

It seems another individual is having problems accessing portions of spywarewarrior.com also.
