ERROR: Secondary to Primary Snapshot Copy/Update

Whenever I try to update/copy a SECONDARY snapshot to the Primary....I get the following 1 ERROR:

08/20/2006 18:09:38 Setting short name of "Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\EENGINE\EraserUtilRebootDrv.sys" in "Primary Snapshot"

08/20/2006 18:09:38 Error - SSN::SetFileShortName: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

08/20/2006 18:09:38 Windows error number 0xB7

This ONLY happens when I try to copy from Secondary to Primary, NOT vice versa.

Is this something I should contact Raxco Support about?

I would report this to Raxco Support. I never had such a problem, except with ProcessGuard on my computer, which is a known conflict.
