how do I delete the immunized items in spywareblaster?

I am not the smartest cookie in the jar, but I have read over the directions many times. and I can not find out how to delete the items that are immunized? Is there a special place I need to go or download something else?

Immunized items are not something that was found on your computer. They are just a list of items that SpywareBlaster protects you against.
I think that answers your question.
