Hi. I don't know anything about Download Express, but in case you don't receive a better answer . . . BitDefender's command line program is here on XP:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Server\bdc.exe

To see a list of the command line options Run (Start|Run) "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Softwin\BitDefender Scan Server\bdc.exe" /?

Try that "xxxlite.exe" or something like that! I can't check that now because I'm in my working place just now.
