I found this site and would like the oppinion on someone more knowledgeable as to if any of these are worth looking into. Does anyone have any experience with them or will to try them?

This would be for a home system, sometimes with wireless or fiberoptic, winxp sp2. I was reading on how insecure wireless is, is there something good that will do it for me?
And the honeypot/tarpit thing, would somthing like this make the system more vulnerable, just attract?
I'm not very technically attuned with computers, just a standard user, but the ads make the stuff seem interesting.
How does this fit in with normal firewalls like outpost? Do they not already handle the wireless? It would be nice to have something that would detect and fix the router/wireless insecurity and be able to protect from wardialing.
What about the programs that open ports instead of stealthing but have something fake there, honeypot or tarpit? Is that more or less security?
I like the tarpit idea that catches them.
Feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
