error starting program.........

Hey there, I asked this question days ago with no reply,or I don`t know where to find them,, anyway I tried to download spywareblaster but received the following.......Error starting program......msvbvm60.dll was not found....unable to execute file....create process failed...code 1157. Library file cannot be found.
What has gone wrong? And how should it be remedied? ???
