IE7 dropped feature?

Awhile ago I remember IE7 having a "Restore Last Tab Group" feature, which was basically like safe recovery. This feature seems to be gone. Okay, I may be being harsh, but why the heck would they remove tab recovery? To me, that's one of the most important browser features, especially with something that tends to crash like IE.

Is safe recovery coming [back] in the final version? Why did it leave anyway?
