I have two USB sticks, one of which is recognised when I try to create the bootable media, the other isnt?? Why is this???

I know one shows up in XP as a Device with Removable Storage, which is the one that I can use, but the other (the more expensive one!!), which shows up as a Hard Disk Drive, is not detected during the create rescue media wizard...

I hope this is a known issue and will be sorted.. its really annoying!!
