Hi folks,
i've got minor problem with ATI. Were using it to back up files from one of our servers. But the last images are misdated. They all say they were created on 1st Jan 1970, but that cant be^^.
Were backing it up to a NAS, the clock in the firmware is correctly adjusted. If i create a simple textfile, it is correctly dated 11.08.06.
So whats up here?:blink:

Yes, they are. And as far as i know only the clock on the NAS is important in this case, cause there is the file-system which writes the image-files.

Hello Philipp,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.
First of all, please make sure that you use the latest build of the corresponding Acronis True Image version (build 3677 for Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATISWin/) and build 3718 for Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server for Windows (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/)) which is available for downloading in the Product Updates (https://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/updates/) section of your account at Acronis web site.
You can find the full version name and build number by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window.
To get access to updates you should create an account (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/) then log in and use your serial number to register the software.
Please uninstall any previously installed build by following Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Acronis True Image, prior to installing the latest build.
Note that you should create new Bootable Rescue CD after installing the update.
Please also note that if you are using Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server for Windows you should update all component including Acronis Agents, Acronis Management Console, Acronis Backup and Storage Servers, as it is obligatory for all components to be of the same build in order to interact correctly.
If the problem still persists with the latest build of the corresponding Acronis True Image versions then please provide us with the following information:
- Create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317) for both computer that you back up and computer where NAS you save resulting backups to is located.
- Rename the files collected to report_source.txt, sysinfo_source.NFO and report_destination.txt, sysinfo_destination.NFO accordingly;
- Reproduce the problem and collect Acronis True Image log which can be saved from Tools -> Show Log -> Diskette icon;
- Make a screen shot of Windows Explorer or any other file manager showing incorrect creation dates for backups located on your NAS;
- Describe your network structure in detail;
- Does the problem persist when you save backups to the local hard drive or any other storage device or\and media?
- Does the problem appear both when you create file-based backups and disk\partition images?
Then please submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/support/). Provide the files and information collected in your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
Thank you.
